Association of Polar Early Career Scientists

 

Attention student and early career permafrost researchers! The U.S. Permafrost Association will be awarding $500 travel grants and the $1000 Andrew Slater Award for U.S. based students and post-graduate researchers (within six years of their last degree) to attend the American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting 2019.

Applicants will be evaluated on a merit basis and must be first author on a permafrost-related research presentation at AGU and possess both USPA and PYRN memberships. One of the grants is reserved for engineering disciplines. Undergraduate students are encouraged to apply.
