Polar Outreach Catalogue

The MSV Line 4 sound art collage was created in response to the following questions: what are the similarities between the processes of creating art and scientific inquiry, and how can International Polar Year science research be translated through artistic expressions and be understood by non-scientific audiences. The resulting eight-minute digital presentation is a compilation of sounds, images, and words, that tells the story of ANDRILL's Mackay Sea Valley seismic survey conducted in the Antarctic spring 2007.
