I have an academic background of Hydrology and Meteorology. Currently, I have been teaching and carrying research works in Hydrology and Meteorology in Department of Meteorology, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal for last 15 years. I served Head of Department in Department of Meteorology two times in 2005 and 2015. As HOD, I performed both technical as well as administrative tasks. I have carried out many research works in the fields of climate change, discharge analyses, precipitation analyses and so on. I have published multiple numbers of papers and articles in different journals, magazines along with newspapers.

Mentor Panels
These panels are held at major international conferences and are coordinated by
APECS members. Participation involves a 2-3 hour commitment on the day
of the panel meeting.
One-on-One Mentoring
Email correspondence with APECS members regarding career advice (including
alternative careers in polar/cryospheric issues), research skills, data
management and occasional research-specific discussions/questions.
Participation in live online discussions
This will be advertised to all APECS members and will be facilitated by an
APECS Council or Executive Committee Member. Transcripts will be
posted online for future reference.
