Our aim is to gather early careers and mentors into a familiar and closer communication through the long path to reach where they are now. We want to hear their ideas, past projects, failures and the importance of networking through all their career. As APECS Chile, we believe this could be an important opportunity to gather the most important actors in Antarctic science in our Country: INACH, Universidad de Magallanes, IDEAL Fondap, APECS Chile and ECRs
