It’s a little left-field of Cryolist’s usual range of events, but some of you might be interested to attend an upcoming online symposium, "Ice (St)Ages: Icy Imaginaries in Science, Arts and Spectacles", which is organised as a three-part series.

The first of the series, "An Irretrievable Loss? Moving Environments, Fleeting Encounters and Performative Gestures" will take place on 19-20 May 2021. Details can be found here. The symposium is hosted by the Alfried Krupp Institute for Advanced Study, Germany, in conjunction with the Australian National Centre for the Public Awareness of Science at the Australian National University.
