The first meeting of APECS national committees in the Balkans "The contribution of Southeast Europe's early-career researchers in the Antarctic science" will gather 25-30 early-career polar scientists from Turkey, Romania and Bulgaria. We will exchange ideas and start new collaborations in educational and scientific activities. MoU between Turkey and Bulgaria will be signed up by the Directors of Bulgarian and Turkish Antarctic programs at the beginning of the meeting.
