Ecosystem Studies of Subarctic and Arctic Seas (ESSAS) will be holding their 3rd Open Science Meeting in Tromsø, Norway, on 11-15 June, 2017. The attached file provides information on the OSM.

The registration is now open on the ESSAS website (http://www.imr.no/essas/international_conference_on_subarctic_and_arctic_science/en).

Note that the registration, accommodation, and financial support information is on the right-hand side of the page. If you are planning on attending, please pre-register as soon as possible as it will help with our planning. You do not have to submit an abstract or pay at the time you pre-register although you may. 

The deadline for abstract submissions and financial support applications has been changed from 15 to 30 January 2017.  They can be submitted, along with the registration, on the ESSAS website (http://www.imr.no/essas/international_conference_on_subarctic_and_arctic_science/en).   If you plan to attend, you can pre-register, which would help with our planning.  You do not have to submit an abstract or pay at the time you pre-register, although you may.  Notification of abstract acceptance will send out by the 15 February.
