In cooperation with APECS, the Arctic Observing Summit 2022 leadership invited for a webinar introducing the Arctic Observing Summit and describing the role of early career co-chairs (ECC) at the AOS 2022 on the 30 November 2021 at 4 PM GMT. This webinar is about the background and history of the Arctic Observing Summit in general, how themes have developed over time and what the next summit in 2022 will focus on. It will show in which different ways early career scientists can engage in the summit and what the call of the early career co-chairs is about.
