Khalifa University is seeking a distinguished scholar (senior level) to lead research and academic strategy in polar & cryosphere science across the Department of Earth Sciences and the Polar Research Center. 

 

The role spans ice–ocean–atmosphere interactions, icesheet and ice-shelf dynamics, remote sensing, ML & numerical modeling, and related fields of expertise, with strong emphasis on field campaigns and international collaboration.
