The Young Scientists Forum (YSF) is an important investment in collaboration and understanding in the region. Networking, cultural exchange and future scientific collaborations are given optimal conditions to develop and grow. Exchange of knowledge and perspectives create synergetic effects throughout the area and prepare the ground for cooperation in the years to come. YSF aims to: 1. Create a meeting place for young professionals interested in Arctic issues 2. Facilitate networking between junior and senior colleagues 3. Provide tools and training to enhance communication skills and career development 4. Help to develop and fund ideas for research projects 5. Enhance cultural exchange between countries and disciplines.
