Polar Outreach Catalogue

An informal education outreach video and podcasting project coordinated by video producer Mary Lynn Price about some of the many women working in Antarctica during IPY. The project includes a website to showcase short video portraits of some of the women scientists, teachers, graduate students, and support personnel working in Antarctica (http://WomenInAntarctica.com ), a video blog that was developed on location at McMurdo Station during the 2008 Austral spring, a YouTube Channel, an iTune Podcast, and a collaborative educational outreach project with the Ocean Institute in Dana Point, California through their Girls in Ocean Science Teen Conference.
