Education, outreach, data-sharing plan is one of the four important plans in 2007-2009 IPY China Programme. A wide variety of education and outreach activities focusing on IPY, polar sciences and it relevance to human beings, was organized by Polar Research Institute of China and Chinese Arctic and Antarctic Administration in 2007-2009. The activities mainly include university student's Arctic cruise, theme exhibition, important event's anniversary, scholar's lecture, literature publishing and website establishment
