The APECS International Directorate has doubled in size this winter!
In February, Nadine Hillenbrand joined Lisa Grosfeld working on APECS/early career-related tasks in the Arctic PASSION project. Lisa and Nadine are based at the Alfred Wegener Institute, Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research in Bremerhaven, Germany.

In early March, Axel Schlindwein started as Directorate Officer, working with Executive Director Sarah Strand in the International Directorate Office at UiT The Arctic University of Norway in Tromsø. We are thrilled to have this increased capacity, resulting in better services for our members and partners.
