Dr. Pawan Kumar ‘Bharti’, MSc, PhD, NET, FASEA, FANSF has completed his education from Gurukula Kangri University, Haridwar (Uttarakhand), India. He has more than 15 years of research experience in Waste utilization, EIA & Antarctic Environment. He has worked as Lecturer (Adhoc) in Vidyalaya Vibhaag, Gurukula Kangri University, Haridwar from Feb 2005 to Dec 2007. Dr. Bharti has written/edited more than 150 Books, >180 articles in national/international journals, proceedings/compendium, newsletters and books and 4 patents on his credit. He has written many Hindi articles and scientific poems in popular magazines. He has launched his 2 Hindi poem collections in 2012 & 2015. Dr. Bharti is the fellow, founder member and life member of several scientific/academic societies. He has received ASEA Fellow Award (2006), Vigyan Kavya Ratna (2008), Haridwar Kavya Ratna (2009), Bharat Excellence Award (2013), ANSF Fellow Award (2014), Best Research Award (2015) Limca Book record (2016), Young Scientist Award (2017), Excellence Research Award (2018), Research Excellence award (2020) and few other awards in the field of scientific activities & literature. He is in advisory/editorial board of 40 International Journals. Dr. Bharti was the member of 30th Indian Scientific Expedition to Antarctica (XXX ISEA) of MoES, Gov. of India during 2010-11. Dr. Bharti has been nominated ‘Man of the Year’ by IBC, Cambridge, England and his biography has been published in ‘Who’s Who in the World’ 32nd Edition, USA. He is Limca book of record holder and has visited South Africa, Antarctica, UAE, Bhutan and Nepal. Dr. Bharti is QCI-NABET approved FAE in AP, NV, SC, RH for EIA projects; guiding 03 PhD scholars on various research issues and mentoring several students under VISL scheme. Presently, he is working as Scientist in Shriram Institute for Industrial Research, Delhi, India and Principal Investigator (PI) of a DST funded major research project on electronic waste.
