Following the recent release of the IPCC’s AR6 Workin g Group (WG) I Report, CONSTRAIN and the IPCC are hosting an informative wo rkshop to showcase how physically based climate emulators are contributing to the overall IPCC Sixth Assessment Report.
Leading figures in the work of the IPCC will discuss how climate emulators were used by WGI to produce future projectio ns of temperature and sea-level rise, and how the emulator projections will inform the work of WGIII on the mitigation of climate change.
This will be followe d by an expert panel discussion, and opportunities for Q and A.
