 ing their professional environment. Hopefully, by mid-September the pandemi
 c has calmed down so that we  can meet again in person. We therefore wish t
 o invite the Norwegian scientific community in environmental chemistry to a
  refreshing and stimulating gathering in an informal setting at Hotel Alexa
 ndra in Loen, located in the beautiful fjord and glacier district of Norway
 .\nCatch the pulse of Norwegian Environmental Chemistry in 2020\nThis sympo
 sium is addressing leading experts, authorities, regulators and scientists 
 within all aspects of environmental chemistry. The symposium will provide a
 n interdisciplinary platform for students, academic, industrial researchers
  and public managers to present and discuss the most recent advancements, t
 rends and concerns as well as practical challenges and solutions in environ
 mental chemistry.\nA dozen prominent environmental researchers and managers
  will be invited for plenary lectures to address the past, present and futu
 re issues of environmental chemistry. We invite you to provide an oral or p
 oster presentation at this symposium. Suggested topics are listed below, th
 ough presentations on adjacent topics that enlighten environmental chemistr
 y are also sought for. We sincerely hope that you will respond positively t
 o this invitation and call for papers. Please inform your colleagues about 
 this opportunity to share and discuss recent experiences and to be scientif
 ically updated in a typical Norwegian informal setting. We look forward to
