 ake place on November 2 in the NWO 'Java building' in Den Haag. This is one
  day before, and at the same location, as the NWO ALWNPP meeting: 'the impo
 rtance and challenges of long-term polar research studies'.\nThere is plent
 y of room in the program (see attachment) for talks and posters by APECS me
 mbers. We hope to be able to give everyone a change to talk and we aim for 
 15 minute talks, but this will depend on the total number of abstract submi
 ssions. When preparing your poster/ talk and thus the abstracts, please tak
 e into account that we're an interdisciplinary organisation with members fr
 om all fields of research, so please introduce the topic of your research c
