Organizers believe that IARPC Collaborations can help to bridge gaps betwee n different efforts within the Arctic Physical Oceanography science communi ty, and help break barriers and stove pipes. Through monthly (virtual) meet ings, organizers hope to facilitate discussions between funding agencies, r esearchers, and stakeholders. Team members are committed to making sure tha t the POST is useful for the community; in turn, they would like to see a s trong engagement of the PO community in their activities, so that the team will have an impact on the longer-term direction of IARPC by contributing t o its next Research Plan.\nTo join the meeting, participants must first req uest an account on .
