DESCRIPTION:Polar early-career as well as senior researchers from Japan and Finland wil
 l come together to make new connections. In the first part of our meeting, 
 we will introduce each other to our research. Then we will hear about exper
 iences from senior polar researchers and have an open discussion about care
 ers in the polar regions. Lastly we will discuss possibilities for collabor
 ations.\nThe event will start at 9 am at the Finnish Meteorological Institu
 te, Kumpula Campus, Helsinki University. Anyone can come to listen and join
  the discussions as long as there is space available in the meeting room (t
 bc). Access to the meteorological institute requires a visitor pass, so you
  need to be on time to receive this from us. If you are interested to join,
