In the first part of our meeting, we will introduce each other to our research. Then we will hear about exper iences from senior polar researchers and have an open discussion about care ers in the polar regions. Lastly we will discuss possibilities for collabor ations.\nThe event will start at 9 am at the Finnish Meteorological Institu te, Kumpula Campus, Helsinki University.
