DESCRIPTION:The Arctic Circle Japan Forum will be held from November 21-23 in Tokyo in 
 association with the Third Arctic Science Ministerial Meeting. \nThe Forum 
 will be organized in coordination with the , which is co-hosted by the Icel
 andic Ministry of Education, Science and Culture, and the Japanese Ministry
  of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).\n\nThe Arcti
