 ong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The European Commission kindly invite you to&nbsp;t
 he European Maritime Day 2020.&nbsp;EMD is the annual EU meeting point on m
 aritime affairs and sustainable blue economy.&nbsp;It targets maritime prof
 essionals, entrepreneurs and ocean leaders.</p></div><div class="article-bo
 dy"><p>The event and exhibition will take place on 14-15 May 2020 in the Ci
 ty Hall of Cork and is co-organised by the European Commission, the City of
  Cork and ‘Our Ocean Wealth’ Summit.</p><p>We will again offer an attractiv
 e programme and great networking opportunities.</p><p><strong>Call for work
 shops</strong></p><p>As in the previous years, stakeholders’ workshops are 
 at the core of the conference. For 2020 we are planning to select 20 high-q
 uality workshops (four slots with 5 workshops running in parallel) and we h
 erewith launch the&nbsp;<a href="https://ec.europa.eu/maritimeaffairs/marit
 imeday/en/workshops" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="text-decor
