 ogram that will extend the activities for the IASC flagship program&nbsp;MO
 SAiC<strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>T-MOSAiC<strong>&nbsp;</strong>addresses 
 the question, what are the implications of changing sea ice, oceanography a
 nd climate of Arctic seas for the surrounding land-based geosystems, ecosys
