 </a>, the U.S. National Ice Center (https://www.natice.noaa.gov/), the <a h

 y's College of Maryland (http://www.smcm.edu/democracy/) will be held on Ju
 ly 17 and 18, 2019 at the Ronald Reagan Building Amphitheater.\nThis two-da
 y event will feature experts speaking on Arctic marine operations, ocean an
 d environmental issues, science, policy, law, and governance. Participants 
 will learn about the impacts of an ice-diminishing Arctic Ocean on marine t
