It is a UN Special Event serving as the scientific foundation of the Third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3) co-chaired by Costa Rica and France.\nThis three-day congress will generate science-based outcomes and r ecommendations to support the global discussions at UNOC3.\nWe welcome cont ributions from the international scientific community on 10 key themes, whi ch are aligned with the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Developm ent and intended to inform the Ocean Action Panels of UNOC3.
