DESCRIPTION:25th Alpine Glaciology Meeting in Munich, Call for Abstracts\nThe Alpine Gl
 aciology Meeting 2021 was held successfully as a virtual meeting, organised
  by a joint team from Milan and Munich. We have decided to keep this team a
 nd organise also the upcoming meeting together.\nAt the moment, we plan the
  AGM 2022 to be a physical meeting in Munich. However, if pandemic conditio
 ns deteriorate, we might have to switch to a fully virtual conference. Base
 d on the experience from last year, we will also accept virtual contributio
 ns via an online platform. Given these uncertainties, we would like to invi
 te all interested people to join us for two days of scientific presentation
 s and discussions on\n24 and 25 March 2022 in Munich and online\nThe meetin
 g will serve as a forum for presenting new scientific work related to mount
 ain glaciers from the Alps and elsewhere in relation to environment and cli
 mate. Especially early career scientists are welcome to present their ideas
  and projects. Oral presentations should not exceed 15 minutes. For the pos
 ters we will organise an open discussion forum. Online contributions are al
 so welcome, but we prefer a physical presence, in order to allow in-depth d
 iscussions. We expect abstracts to be submitted by 25 February 2022 to the
