LOCATION:Longyearbyen\, Svalbard
DESCRIPTION:We would like to make you aware of the unique opportunity to participate in
the Winter school on Atmosphere-Ocean-Sea Ice Interaction Processes that w

lication deadline 21 November 2021) The winter school will provide an overv
iew of state-of-the-art theoretical paradigms, observation techniques, and
modelling frameworks, as well as forecasting capabilities for atmosphere-oc
ean-sea ice interactions. Participants will also be introduced to newly obt
ained data from recent field campaigns (e.g., MOSAiC, IGP). Through plenary
lectures, poster presentations, and extended discussions, participants wil
l be exposed to fundamentals and cutting edge research in the field as well
