DESCRIPTION:<p style="text-align: justify;">The Emerging Leaders program 2022 evolves a
 round the theme of the UN Decade of Ocean Science for sustainable developme
 nt. Selected speakers and mentors will present current issues of the Ocean 
 Decade from an arctic perspective. The participants will be challenged to r
 elate challenges outlined by the Ocean Decade to their own local and sector
 al context and develop innovative ideas on how to address these through tea
 mwork and creative thinking.<br /><br />The event is planned as a physical 
 meeting in <strong>Norway from 28 January - 3 February 2022</strong>, follo
 wing national and local Covid-19 regulations.</p><p style="text-align: just
