 caya from ONG Conciencia Sur, will tell us about the most important problem
 s of womens in science. Her talk will be followed by a conversatory of wome
 n to tell her own histories about this topic.  The webinar will last for ab
 out one hour and Dharma will be presenting in Spanish. However, presentatio
 n materials will be in English to ensure a broader accessibility to the glo
 bal ECR community. We encourage everyone to participate and share the Zoom
