DESCRIPTION:For years now, The Arctic Institute is supporting the High North Center for
  Business and Governance to organise the annual High North Dialogue Confere
 nce. The yearly High North Dialogue conference gathers experts and stakehol
 ders from a range of sectors, and has a strong focus on business developmen
 t and economic growth in the High North. One aspect that participants highl
 ight as especially useful, is the fact that the conference provides a platf
 orm to interact with young academics and professionals with an interest in 
 the Arctic. The conference coincides with weeklong  that gather graduate st
 udents from Norway, Russia, China, and several other countries.\n \nThe the
 me of this year’s conference is Business in the Arctic. We will explore top
 ics such as High North scenarios, Smart Cities, maritime waste and the regi
 onal dimension of development. Business leaders and entrepreneurs will shar
 e their thoughts and know-how on how the enormous business potential in the
  Arctic can be harvested.\n\nFor the third year in a row, we present the <a
