DESCRIPTION:A meeting for Early Career Researchers involved in Antarctic research to be
  held immediately before the Antarctic Science Conference 2016.\nThe meetin
 g will host a number of professionally-run career development workshops on 
 the following themes:\n(i) Getting the most out of conferences;\n(ii) Publi
 shing work: what, how and where to publish; and\n(iii) Outreach: ideas and 
 experiments for ECRs to take into educational settings.\nECRs will also be 
 invited to take a tour of the new UEA Sea Ice Chamber.\nA networking drinks
  reception for meeting participants will be sponsored by UEA and this will 
 be followed by a local meal together (optional, at own cost).\n
