DESCRIPTION:The 3rd PalaeoArc International Conference registration now open!\nWe are h
 appy to announce that the registration and abstract submission for the 3rd 
 PalaeoArc International Conference are opened. The conference will gather t
 ogether researcher who are interested in climatically-induced environmental
  changes in the Arctic during the Quaternary period and present day.\nThe C
 onference will be held in the Arctic Centre at the heart of the town Rovani
 emi, in northern Finland, at the end of August (23-26 Aug 2022). Rovaniemi 
 locates in the Arctic Circle, and it is the hometown of Santa Claus.\nRegis
 tration is open at the web pages of conference:  (https://www.oulu.fi/en/co

 "noopener">https://www.oulu.fi/en/conferences</a>. Registration will closin
 g on 31st July 2022. Registration fee for regular participants is 250 € and
  for students 150 €.\nAbstract submission is already open and template for 
 the abstracts are available in the registration page. Deadline for the abst
 racts is 8th July 2022. Notification of acceptance will be sent to authors 
 on 18th July latest.\nFurthermore, we are also organizing pre-Conference Fi
 eld course for students at 21-22 Aug. Focus of the field course is in glaci
 al geology and morphology as well as sedimentology in the central part of t
 he last Weichselian glaciation, in the southern Finnish Lapland. The maximu
 m number of places in the field course is 15 and PhD students are preferred
 . Places will be fulfilled according to the registration order. Field cours
 e will be free of charge for participants.  \nWe wish you warmly welcome to
