Position Description

Associate Professor Alejandra Mancilla is in the process of looking for a Ph.D. student for a fully-funded, full-time, three-year position in the project "Political philosophy looks to Antarctica" at the University of Oslo.

Projects that investigate the normative grounds of sovereign claims and claims over natural resources in Antarctica, as well as the normative elements that should give internal and external legitimacy to the Antarctic Treaty System are sought.

The candidate is expected to actively participate in the workshops and discussions of the working group.
